Importance of Good Night time sleep

How was your sleep last night?

Good night sleep is as important as good nutrition and exercise to attain wellness.
Sleep helps our body establish regular bio-rhythms that could lessen cancer risk and normalizes hormone metabolism.

Did you know that by the time we are on our deep sleep all the things we learned during the day that was stored on our short term memory bank is transferred to its permanent storage site? Thus, making sleep so important to our learning process. Lack of sleep will not just result to poor memory retention but poor accuracy and precision in work and some health problems as well. So, why settle for less effective bed if we have a choice to avail a bed that could give us a maximum comfort?

Bad Effects of Anger

Anger is common among people who live through less ideal home life. Dealing with it that has develop over a lifetime of pain and frustration is like trying to hold the lid of a pressure cooker. The longer such enduring anger linger,the more the chance that it will overflow into other relationships, that may result to conflicts, rejection or hostility.

Person who is experiencing anger may express their anger by hitting or yelling, or by rebelling or refusing to speak.

Anger is unpredictable, it could blow out its ferocity little at a time or just ones with a big blow.

Anger could cause insomnia, heartaches, hyper acidity , hormonal imbalance and other physical ailments due to emotional stress.

What can we do to help people experiencing it?
Let us help them realize that talking the anger is much better than doing it. They really need someone to talk to, who will listen them for them to pour out their feelings, they need counselor for it.
